Acceptable Use Policy
We reserve the right to immediately discontinue service to customers without liability, refund, or continuance of any prepaid service fees.
In all instances, G and W Enterprises reserves the right to determine what defines the term
The following are considered unacceptable uses:
You agree not to abuse the G and W system, or any other system
accessible through the Internet via G and W Enterprises, by causing any harm to the system so
that it inhibits or negatively impacts the ability of other users to effectively use such system. You further agree not to compromise or attempt to violate security at
G and W or elsewhere, including but not limited to, attempted access of any data, server, or account that you are not expressly authorized to access.
You further agree not to broker any G and W service to any third party.
Unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, violation of US export restrictions,
harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities.
G and W reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and all-regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution.
Sending unsolicited advertising to numerous email addresses or newsgroups
and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user
Posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses
You agree to not post or transmit chain letters, or letters or messages that offer a product or service based on the structure of a chain letter, on or through the
Sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same
user. Spamming by third parties to promote a web site hosted by
G and W, using a non-existing email return address on a commercial solicitation, subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of or to inappropriate newsgroups are in violation of our AUP and of certain State laws.
Posting information, violating trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights or intentionally inflicting emotional distress, posting of private, defamatory, scandalous, or information about a person without their consent violates our
G and W reserves the right to modify or otherwise amend this Use Policy without prior notice or warning.
